    This database enables library customers to download popular digital audio books and e-books for enjoyment through their portable devices for enjoyment during activities such as exercise or travel. Customers can search for specific authors, titles or subjects or browse using convenient links. At the end of the checkout date, items are automatically returned. To use this product, customers install free digital media software such as Adobe Reader, Mobipocket Reader, or the OverDrive Media Console™, which is then available for use on many devices, such as laptops, MP3 players, Pocket PCs, PDAs, and even Smartphones. Some audio titles may be burned to CD. (Transfer and burn permissions vary by title.)
