What is your favourite book? Which story did your children ask you to read over and over? Together, Calgarians have created a Top 100 list of their favourite books from the last century. From June to September last year, readers nominated titles from all genres in the Calgary Public Library’s centennial initiative, Calgarians Choose a Century of Great Books. From more than 2,000 nominations and nearly 1,000 titles, these are the top 100 books chosen by you – our city’s avid readers! Celebrate with the library as we start our next century of service to Calgarians by signing out a copy of any of these books and many more!
