Family History Coaching

Are you feeling a bit stuck while in the early stages of searching your family’s history? Drop by for one-on-one help with genealogical sources, family search strategies and organizational techniques. Alberta Family History Society volunteers will be available to kick-start your search. Co-sponsored by the Alberta Family History Society and the Calgary Public Library.  The Family History Coaching program runs on the last Saturday of the month, September to June, from 10 am to 12 pm, at the W.R. The Calgary Public Library’s reference genealogy collection is located on the 4th floor north of the W.R.Castell Central Library.

The collection focuses on Canadian materials with an emphasis on Alberta, Ontario and the Maritimes.
