Here are some stories and messages of thanks from the participants:
- "We went to see Singin' in the Rain at Front Row Centre Players on Thanksgiving Sunday. It was a wonderful show and the staff at Pumphouse Theatres were exceptional as well. All in all a big treat! Thank you so much!"
- "Wow! Excellent production of Intimate Apparel (at Alberta Theatre Projects) which I attended Thursday, October 7th. I loved the casual and comfortable feeling. Thank you for the opportunity to experience a new side of Calgary (for me)."
- "Thank you for the tickets. We really had a wonderful evening. Our family had never seen any hockey game before September 29. The Calgary Firefighters and Edmonton policemen played an excellent game. We also saw the funny and famous Hanson Brothers. We were excited about that!" Tickets were donated by Kids Up Front Calgary
- Not only was it a special treat to see "Othello", it was an extra special opportunity to attend a dress rehearsal of a ballet. It was amazing to hear and see the "workings" of instruction and adjustments to the cast at this dress rehearsal. I have no idea how to obtain tickets to dress rehearsals so feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to attend this one. The ballet was a special treat and the dress rehearsal was an added bonus. Thank you so very much."

"I would like you to pass along my thanks to Alberta Ballet for the tickets to Othello at the Jubilee Auditorium. I went to the ballet once in my life, many years ago, so this was a rare treat. The performance of Othello was invigorating and inspiring. The strength and beauty of the dancers and the beauty of the costumes was uplifting. The story was fascinating. It was also fascinating to see the few corrections that were being done, as it was the dress rehearsal. I, myself, could not see anything wrong (of course)! For me going to the ballet is like going to Spruce Meadows. It is a complete other and different world which we are privileged to be in. The trappings are complex and the viewers educated. We become elevated from the ordinary and forget our troubles for awhile. Thank you so much."
