Programs for parent/caregiver with a child (like our popular Mother Goose programs) require both parent and child to have a valid library card to register. Children’s cards are free — just visit a branch to pick one up.

    Summary: GlobalFest and the Calgary Public Library present a series featuring world-renowned speakers from local, provincial, national and international arenas. This year's programs will focus on combating racism and ending discrimination with this year's theme dedicated to women's gender, and identity issues through a viewing lens of Ethno-Cultural Diversity. Free admission and lunch on a first-come, first-serve basis. Schedule subject to change.
