• When: The Library is open 6 days a week, 7 during the winter, but having a Library card means that you can get access to the Library
even when it isn’t open. The Library’s website gives Library members so much more… You can get homework help through the Best Web Sites
and the E-Library databases. You can check your record, and have complete access to the catalogue – all 24/7! When there is so much to do,
how come you’d even have to ask…

Just the facts:
- Young Adult cards (cards for 13 – 17 year olds) are $6 annually (less than the price of 1 paperback book)
- You can pick up a card and use it at any of the 17 Calgary Public Library locations.
- Call us immediately at 260-2608 if your card is lost or stolen.
- Most items can be taken out for 3 weeks and renewed 2 times, as long as no one else is waiting for them.
- Overdue items are charged a fee (YA materials are
$.20 per item/per day; Adult materials are $.30 per item/per day).
- If you put a hold on an item you must pick it up or cancel the hold or you will be charged $2.
